Mosaic Family Services offers therapeutic support for individuals and families in pursuit of healthy life pathways.
Sessions available tele-health or in-person
Sessions are held via tele-health or in person at two offices in the Jacksonville area (see maps). Hours are determined by availability and include a variety of hours on weekdays and weekends, days and evenings.
